A Note from the founder

I created this brand for women who are elegant, graceful, confident, and glamorous and want to express this through their fashion. Women who love the feeling of being unforgettable.

Growing up, I always noticed how a pair of heels could change a woman's posture, energy, confidence, the way she is viewed or the way she feels. TAJ ACHUPI is my love letter to that feeling.

This first design is intentionally limited; only 50 pairs. It's for the woman who doesn't want what everyone else is wearing.

TAJ ACHUPI is a modern luxury footwear brand inspired by the elegance and confidence of women who refuse to blend in.

Each pair is thoughtfully handcrafted with premium materials, sculptural details, and timeless femininity, designed not just to be worn, but to be remembered.

Our debut collection celebrates bold artistry, refined craftsmanship, and the belief that luxury should make you feel undeniable. It is a limited-edition statement piece: hand-placed crystals, a sculpted heel and a romantic ruffled collar. Only 50 pairs exist worldwide.

Each TAJ ACHUPI pair goes through a careful production process, from sourcing luminous crystals to shaping the sculpted heel and finishing the ruffled collar. Every pair is inspected before it leaves our hands, so it arrives ready for your most important nights.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by your local customs office.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@tajachupi.com with your order number and tracking details so we can assist you.

We want you to feel completely in love with your TAJ ACHUPI heels. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items under the conditions below.

Return Window
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• Shoes must be unworn, in new condition.
• All original packaging, including the shoe box, dust bag and protective materials, must be intact and undamaged.
• Any signs of wear, marks on the soles, or damage may result in the return being refused.

Non-Returnable Items
• Worn or damaged shoes.
• Items returned without original packaging.
• Final sale or discounted items.

Return Process

Email us at info@tajachupi.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.
Carefully repackage the shoes in their original box and external shipping box.

Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service; TAJ ACHUPI is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
• Because our designs are limited edition, we cannot guarantee availability for size exchanges.
• If your preferred size is in stock, we will do our best to accommodate an exchange; otherwise, you may return for a refund (subject to the conditions above).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
